Q: Carin, why do you do what you do?
CT: Helping people! I originally wanted to be in the medical field, but fortunately, this direction has been incredibly rewarding.
Q: What’s your professional background?
CT: Having worked in the industry for over 18 years, for two of the world’s largest insurance brokerage firms, I have gained an immeasurable amount of experience and knowledge.
Q: What are you most thankful for?
CT: Having such a strong relationship with my clients keeps me driven to continue educating myself on what is new and relevant. It's necessary to always be two steps ahead of any changes happening in the industry.
Q: What’s the number one concern you hear from your Clients?
CT: Feeling completely overwhelmed and confused by the entire process. That’s because it is confusing! There is so much to know I am grateful I am able to help them find the solutions tailored to each of their individual needs. Especially for those who need to transition from an MA-PD (HMO) to a Med. Supp. (PPO).
Q: So where do you see Tupman Insurance Solutions in the future?
CT: In the future, I would love to work with companies as an independent consultant for financial planners, cancer centers, and Medicare retirement programs.
